millon88 Platform Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and millon88 ("millon88", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the millon88 website located at https://millon88.cam and all associated services, products, games, promotions, and features made available through the platform.

By registering an account, accessing any page of the millon88 platform, or placing a wager of any kind, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the platform.

millon88 operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving users in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions. The platform offers a range of gaming products including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, online slots, lottery, arcade games, and related interactive entertainment.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Account" — the registered user account created by a Player to access the millon88 platform and its services.
• "Balance" — the total real-money funds held within a Player's Account at any given time, excluding any active bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits, free bets, cashback credits, or any other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account pursuant to a promotion.
• "Games" — all gaming products made available on the millon88 platform, including but not limited to online slots, live casino table games, sportsbook, lottery, and arcade games.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer, the identity verification process required by millon88 to confirm the identity and eligibility of a Player before processing withdrawals or upon reasonable request.
• "Platform" — the millon88 website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated services accessible at https://millon88.cam.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country, territory, or region where online gambling is unlawful or restricted, as determined by millon88 at its sole discretion.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the minimum total bet amount a Player must place before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — any real-money or bonus-funded stake placed by a Player on any Game offered on the Platform.

Access to and use of the millon88 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age. millon88 strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all Players. Any Player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately suspended and all funds returned where legally permissible.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You are not a resident of any Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined by millon88.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of circumventing these Terms or applicable law.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by millon88 for any breach of these Terms.
• You are registering and playing with funds that belong to you and that have been legally obtained.
• You understand that gambling involves risk and that you may lose funds placed as wagers.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the millon88 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

4.1 Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You are required to maintain the accuracy of this information and to notify millon88 promptly of any changes. millon88 shall not be liable for any loss arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate account information.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been conducted by you. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

millon88 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to comply with anti-money laundering obligations and to verify Player eligibility. You may be requested to submit copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe stipulated by millon88 may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal facilities or account access.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

millon88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods where available: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX, and select cryptocurrency options including BTC, ETH, and USDT. Availability of specific payment methods may vary based on your location and account status.

5.2 Minimum & Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and may vary by payment method, account verification status, and VIP tier. Players are advised to consult the payment information section within their account dashboard for current limits applicable to their account.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed as promptly as possible, typically within five (5) minutes for verified accounts using electronic payment methods. millon88 reserves the right to apply additional processing time where identity verification is pending or where a withdrawal is subject to further review. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered under the same name as the Player's Account.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on the millon88 platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless the Player selects an alternative currency option where available. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the Player's payment provider are the responsibility of the Player.

millon88 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this clause.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be made.
• Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., x10 means the Player must wager ten times the bonus amount).
• Bonuses have a stated expiry period. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the expiry window will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Different game categories contribute differently to wagering requirements. Online slots typically contribute 100%, whilst live table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as stated in individual promotion terms.
• A maximum bet per round is applicable while bonus funds are active. The standard cap is MYR 250–500 per bet or spin. Placing bets in excess of this limit whilst a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

millon88 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings in circumstances where, in our reasonable assessment, a bonus has been claimed or used in an abusive manner, including but not limited to: the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, collusion between Players, exploitation of software errors or game vulnerabilities, or systematic low-risk wagering designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

6.3 Modification of Promotions

millon88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes to ongoing promotions where a Player has already accepted the offer will not apply retrospectively unless required by applicable law or to prevent abuse.

All Games offered on the millon88 platform are governed by individual game rules published within the platform interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable rules before placing any wager. The following general conduct rules apply to all Players:

• Players must not use any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to participate in any Game or to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Players.
• Collusion between Players — including but not limited to chip dumping, match fixing, or coordinated wagering strategies — is strictly prohibited.
• Players must not engage in any form of fraud, including the use of stolen payment credentials, fraudulent chargebacks, or identity theft.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, glitches, or mathematical errors in Games must be reported to millon88 immediately. Exploitation of such errors for financial gain constitutes fraud.
• Players must not engage in conduct that is abusive, threatening, or defamatory toward millon88 staff or other Players.

Violation of any of the conduct rules set out in this clause may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of the Player's account, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, domain names, software, graphics, text, images, and other materials displayed on or accessible through the millon88 platform ("Content") are the property of millon88 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Content without the prior written consent of millon88.

Any unauthorised use of the Platform's Content may constitute an infringement of millon88's intellectual property rights and may give rise to a claim for damages.

millon88 is committed to protecting the personal data of all Players in accordance with applicable data protection principles. The collection, processing, storage, and use of personal information by millon88 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and should be read alongside this Agreement.

By registering an Account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. All data transmitted between your device and the millon88 Platform is encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

millon88 takes its duty of care toward all Players seriously. We operate a range of responsible gambling tools to help Players manage their activity on the Platform in a safe and controlled manner. These tools are available to all registered Players free of charge via the account dashboard and include:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure alerts that notify them of the duration of their gaming session.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum net loss amount per defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion for a period of 30, 90, or 180 days, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and prevent the Player from accessing their account or creating new accounts during the exclusion period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, millon88 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, interruption of service, or loss of profits.

millon88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Where service interruptions occur — whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control — millon88 will make reasonable efforts to restore service as promptly as possible. Players will not be entitled to compensation for losses arising from platform downtime except where such losses result directly from our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

The Platform and all Games are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except as required by applicable mandatory law.

millon88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account at any time and without prior notice where millon88 reasonably determines that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Player has provided false, misleading, or incomplete registration information;
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or money laundering activities;
• The Player has created multiple accounts in violation of the single-account policy;
• The Player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of gaming systems;
• millon88 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory direction, or court order.

Players may request the closure of their own Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon closure of an Account for reasons attributable solely to the Player's voluntary request, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after deduction of any applicable charges and subject to completion of KYC verification.

millon88 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to taking effect. The effective date of the revised Terms will be updated accordingly at the top of this page.

Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to discuss the closure of your Account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the millon88 platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause limits millon88's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights or to enforce the security of the Platform.
